• Manage sales to meet the targets set by the company
• Control costs (Food, Labor, Waste)
• Oversee employee discipline and regulations
• Handle documentation, finance, and employee working hours
• Ordering / Stock counting
• Control service and food standards
• Training / Onboarding new employees
• Other assigned tasks
