Production Planning Manager

• Lead daily operations of oil Food lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and output reliability
• Manage, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and solve operational issues effectively
• Analyze and improve workflow processes to increase productivity and reduce production costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Team, Engineering, -Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production goals
• Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, digital initiatives, and ERP/WMS integration
• Foster a high-performance work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Manage workplace safety by planning, controlling, and inspecting safety,operations, occupational health, and working environment for employees.
• Set departmental and individual KPIs aligned with the company's KPIs.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields) Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in FMCG or packaging operations Strong leadership and team management capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and WMS (Warehouse Management System) Knowledge of packaging machinery, automation, and production technologies is a plus
