Area Manager

Your tasks

-Control costs and supervise the operations of each branch manager in accordance with organizational policies. -Plan training and control KPIs to meet organizational goals. -Able to plan manpower to align with current business situations. -Manage profit and loss to meet organizational goals. -Analyze branch performance at the end of every month. -Able to manage and handle immediate situations according to organizational guidelines. -Maintain branch standards by conducting branch visits and preparing Area Manager Check Lists, as well as managing assets and various equipment to be in good working condition. -Coordinate with various departments or individuals, both inside and outside the organization, to ensure tasks are completed according to objectives. -Manage employees to comply with company rules and regulations, and ensure all employees are happy at work. -Supervise, promote, and support branches to control expenses as specified by the company. -Supervise branches to manage inventory turnover at the level specified by the company and with efficiency sufficient for sales. -Supervise product management to reduce losses caused by expired products, damaged products, and missing products. -Verify branch documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements. -Coordinate with various departments to support branch operations or resolve various branch issues. -Prepare performance evaluation plans for branch managers, conduct quarterly evaluations for managers, and perform annual evaluations.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years or more of experience in a related position or business will be specially considered.
2. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management in an Area Manager position.
3. Possess leadership qualities and a good understanding of restaurant management.
4. Good knowledge of P&L.
5. Proficient in computer use and has a good personality.
6. Possess fluent communication skills and good immediate problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Able to communicate in English.
