Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop

Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet sales and service targets

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control

Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop

Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation

Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Work closely with management on marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail or beauty/wellness shop management

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Good problem-solving and customer service abilities

Able to work independently and under pressure
