IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Tasks

• New procurement and support of hardware and software
• Ensuring the commissioning of systems and the installation of software for the intended users (Baramundi)
• Installation and configuration of mobile devices (MDM)
• Maintenance and expansion of the existing network and server landscape
• Planning, participation, and implementation of IT projects
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the communication infrastructure
• Ensuring flawless virus protection as well as data security
• Ensuring a flawlessly functioning backup (Veeam)
• Contract management for IT service contracts
• Administration of access rights
• Contact person for external IT service partners including the parent company
• Technical SAP support
• Developing, introducing, and optimizing IT standards
• Technical support for audio and video

Convince with the right profile

• Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator, or a comparable education or further training with several years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the Microsoft Server landscape as well as basic knowledge of Linux
• Initial experience in the administration of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of the legal IT situation and its implementation within the company is desirable
• Administration of virtual environments (VMware / HyperV) and configuration of the firewall (Fortigate) including VPN connections
• Experience in the environment of IT system houses is an advantage
• Good English skills, French skills are an advantage
