PLANT PROPAGATOR TECHNICIAN
- Site Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of potential planting sites for agarwood cultivation.
Analyze soil quality, pH levels, moisture content, drainage and irrigation capabilities. Evaluate environmental factors, including climate, topography, and biodiversity.

Qualifications/Requirements: Relevant Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using GIS and GPS technology for mapping and data collection. Good knowledge of soil science, ecology, and environmental regulations. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrains. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment and walking long distances. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in site assessment and agarwood cultivation. Willingness to spend a significant amount of time outdoors, conducting assessments in remote locations as the role may involve travel to various plantation sites.
