Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintainfull sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Preparemonthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Performgeneral ledger maintenance, journal entries, and BS account reconciliations.
Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Trackproject costs, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
- Supportproject managers with budget monitoring and cost analysis.
- Assistin tender costing and project financial reporting.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Prepareand submit GST returns.
- Ensurecompliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Supportannual statutory audit and corporate tax filing processes.
ERP/SystemMigration & Financial Data Reconciliation
- Support theimplementation and migration of accounting and finance systems, including datavalidation and user testing.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepanciesarising from system migration activities.
Preferred Experience
- Experiencein engineering, construction, facilities management, or project-basedindustries.
- Familiaritywith project costing and revenue recognition
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experiencehandling full sets of accounts independently.
