Technician - Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the execution of construction and building technology renovation projects while maintaining ongoing operations in the VIC and ACV
• Preparation of cost estimates and requesting quotations, checking quotations and LV, and creating award proposals
• Local coordination and supervision of execution (construction and HKLS), commissioning, and invoice verification up to acceptance and defect rectification
• Coordination of project content with users
• Schedule control (target/actual comparison), quality control
• Participation in change management
• Project documentation and maintenance of project data rooms
• Performance of tasks within the framework of the real estate management of the VIC, such as:

Carrying out property inspections, walkthroughs, and inventory surveys, Information and reporting Invoice verification Conception, establishment, and ongoing maintenance of a structured archive of existing assets

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the field of building technology or structural engineering (studies at TU, FH, HTL or a corresponding apprenticeship)
• Over 5 years of professional experience such as building services planning, tendering, project management, or construction supervision
• Knowledge of relevant technical norms and standards
• Experience in Facility Management is an advantage
• Good English skills
• Willingness for ongoing training and further education
• Accuracy, commitment, and teamwork skills

This position can be filled immediately in both full-time and part-time. The gross monthly salary for this function is at least EUR 3,710 (basis full-time 39 hrs). Depending on education and experience, market-conform overpayment is provided.
