As part of its strong development in France and internationally, iad is offering an internship to work directly with the M&A Manager and the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. The missions will be diverse and will notably encompass Strategy and M&A topics, which are particularly crucial at this stage of growth. Your missions will be as follows: Participate in the construction of the Group's international M&A and business development strategy, Participation in the Group's external growth strategy, Identify, plan, and implement strategic changes in the iad model, Analyze investment files in connection with members of the Management, and where appropriate, the group's Board of Directors, Ensure a review and modeling of business plans, in connection with operations, Value and financially analyze potential targets, Participation in the acquisition process: coordination of various internal and external stakeholders, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, Identify potential acquisition targets and interact with executives and advisors to perform and support due diligences on key commercial dimensions (financial, tax, legal, and technical), Participate in the conduct of post-merger integration processes and the successful integration of new entities into the Group. You are a student in a master's program at a top business or engineering school, You have a particular interest in finance and strategy, and in high-growth technology companies, You master basic financial techniques (financial analysis, valuation methods,...), You speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of a third language is an additional asset that is highly appreciated, You demonstrate rigor and know how to work in a team, Previous internship experience in M&A Consulting, Transaction Services, Investment Funds, or Strategy Consulting would be a plus!
Conditions Desired start date: February 15, 2027 Contract duration: 6 months The position is based at 155 rue de Bercy, 75012 Paris. Remote work is possible according to the agreement in force.
