Job Description

The Defence & Security division is specifically committed to the armed forces and is a recognized technical service provider at national and international levels in the conception of solutions, the support of analysis, development, and implementation projects, and the provision of services.

Activities

  • Development of interfaces between hardware and software
  • Development and optimization of firmware and software for embedded systems HiL simulation
  • Analysis and adaptation of software for real-time and performance requirements
  • Error analysis, debugging, and optimization of existing systems
  • Creation of unit and integration tests for quality assurance
  • Creation of technical documentation and specifications
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from hardware, software, and system development

Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or technical computer science, or comparable
  • Proficient use of embedded programming in C, practical experience in the development of real-time systems
  • Sound knowledge of software, development, and analysis tools (e.g., VisualStudio, CubeIDE, CMake, CLion)
  • Familiarity with data transmission and network protocols such as CAN-Bus, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Sockets
  • Experience in programming microcontrollers (STM32) is an advantage
  • Experience in object-oriented programming with C++ would be desirable
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
