UTILITY WORKER

Job Overview The utility staff performs general manual labor, routine maintenance, and sanitation duties to support daily operations in an office, school, or commercial building.

Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans restrooms, and empties trash bins. Facility Maintenance: Replaces burnt-out light bulbs, fixes minor plumbing issues, and performs basic carpentry or repairs. Logistics and Support: Moves furniture, loads or unloads supplies, and runs internal or external office errands. Safety Compliance: Follows safety rules when handling tools and dangerous cleaning chemicals.
