Cleaning Technology Engineer

1.Study customer cleanliness requirements and develop, optimize, and improve cleaning processes to ensure compliance while enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product quality. 2.Analyze cleanliness, contamination, and cleaning process performance issues, and recommend improvement actions to enhance process capability and prevent recurrence. 3.Establish, evaluate, and optimize cleaning process parameters through trials, performance evaluation, and data analysis. 4.Study and analyze cleaning machine process flows, machine diagrams, utility requirements, and technical specifications, and support the selection, installation, and implementation of new cleaning equipment. 5.Establish technical guidelines, standards, and process requirements for cleaning operations to support related departments in developing and improving operational standards. 6.Support related departments in problem solving, evaluate new cleaning technologies, and report progress and findings to the supervisor. 7.Must be control and follow ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, RBA, and other related requirements. 8.Reconsider effect and strategy of Business Continuity Management system.

Qualifications: Male or Female. Age 28-35 years old . Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Polymer, Petrochemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer. Good English communication skills. Work experience 3-5 years in Hard Disk Drive business (HDD), Electronics and cleaning.
