Job Summary
The Production Engineer is responsible to drive digitalization and automation initiatives in stamping production and clerical processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity. He/She will focus on identifying and implementing solutions to replace manual processes and enhance overall operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive digitalisation initiatives in production and clerical workflows to reduce manual work
- Identify and implement automation solutions for stamping processes and material handling
- Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of Industry 4.0 systems such as data collection and dashboards
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, IT and Maintenance teams for project execution
- Improve reporting and administrative processes through system or scripting solutions
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide data-driven improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
