SMT Process Engineer

1. Control and improve SMT production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot SMT equipment and process issues.
3. Analyze process data and identify root causes of defects.
4. Support NPI, Line Setup, and new product introduction.
5. Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other related departments.
6. Develop and improve work instructions, process parameters, and SOPs.
7. Monitor and optimize SMT process parameters to reduce defects and improve yield.
8. Conduct process improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
9. Prepare production reports and process analysis and follow up on corrective actions.

Qualifications: Male-Female,Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in SMT process engineering. Experience in Line Setup and NPI will be an advantage. SMT process knowledge, troubleshooting, problem-solving, process improvement, and good communication skills. If able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage. Able to work under high pressure and good attitude.
