FATP Supervisor
- Plan, supervise, and monitor production line operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure product quality, work standards, and workplace safety within the assigned area.
- Manage manpower, shift scheduling, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop Line Leaders and Deputy Leaders.
- Coordinate with related departments and report production performance to the Production Manager.
Qualifications: Higher Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. Gender: Male or Female Age: 25–35 years old Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics assembly manufacturing. Strong leadership, team management, communication, coordination, and personnel management skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, process improvement, and knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and management systems. Familiarity with 6S, Kaizen, and KPI systems is an advantage Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously Working Days: Monday to Saturday
