Technology Service Analyst for Production Support (m/f/d) (Second-Level Supporter)

You are the interface between technology and business – directly on the trading floor of a major bank in Frankfurt. As a Technology Service Analyst in Production Support, you will take care of the critical IT systems that enable the daily business of our traders.

What you bring to the role:

• Keeping technical supply security in view: You manage production environments and applications (XOL, Imagine, FlowRisk, GME IT Systeme) with high availability responsibility and fast response times
• Hands-On IT Support: Application-level support at the highest level - you analyze, diagnose, and solve technical problems proactively and under pressure
• Strong communication skills: You speak the language of traders and internal stakeholders alike and implement complex technical solutions in an understandable way
• Teamwork across borders: You work seamlessly with international teams and benefit from the expertise of the London cluster in an agile EMEA structure
• Innovation mindset: You understand how technological trends transform banking business and actively contribute to reducing complexity and enabling growth

Your profile:

• Sound experience in IT Production Support or application support
• Confidence in dealing with banking systems or comparable complex environments
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• English skills at business level (EMEA collaboration)
• Willingness to work on-site on the trading floor (direct user contact required)
