Payroll Specialist in Full/Part-time (m/f/d) (Payroll Accountant)

Your tasks:

• Preparation and maintenance of payroll-relevant data for payroll accounting, including special payments and retroactive adjustments
• Responsibility for the entire time management process as a key user at the location as well as coordination of the associated time officers
• Competent contact person for employees and managers for all questions regarding time management and payroll processes
• Ensuring the correct mapping of collective agreements and working time models in the system as well as controlling the eAU process
• Creation of reports and evaluations as well as active participation in continuous process optimization and cross-location projects

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of payroll and time tracking software (e.g., SAP HR, UKG or similar systems)
• In-depth understanding of payroll processes, time management as well as relevant legal and collective agreement regulations
• High degree of accuracy, confidentiality and reliability as well as strong communication skills
• Good English skills and willingness to undertake occasional business trips to another company location
