For our customer, a leading technology company in the defense and security industry in Braunschweig, we are looking for a System Engineer Requirements (m/f/d).

What awaits you?

• Collection and consolidation of needs from all involved stakeholders
• Capture, analysis, and specification of technical requirements
• Decomposition of requirements and maintaining consistency across all levels of abstraction
• Change management of requirements
• Control of requirement fulfillment as well as support for verification/evidence documentation
• Organization and execution of requirement and design reviews
• Enabling and supporting the project team in implementing the structured development process (V-Modell) through specifications, training materials, consulting, and report creation
• Communication and technical coordination with other specialist departments

What do you bring with you?

• Completed scientific or technical degree, preferably an engineering degree in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, or Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
• Sound knowledge in Requirements Management, Verifications-Management, or Systems Engineering as well as practical experience in complex development projects
• Preferably experience with development standards in aviation or munitions
• Knowledge of tool-supported requirement analysis, ideally Jama Connect
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
