Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer Intern to join our team. You will design and build responsive, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to take projects from initial wireframes to final launch.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Layout: Create visually engaging web pages, landing pages, and user interfaces using design principles like typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Prototyping: Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new website features.

Front-End Implementation: Convert design mockups into functional code using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript .

Responsive Design: Ensure all web layouts work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Collaboration: Partner with back-end developers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and workflow.

Maintenance & Updates: Update existing website content, troubleshoot layout issues, and improve site performance.

Testing: Conduct usability and cross-browser testing to guarantee a smooth user experience (UX).

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with modern design trends, accessibility standards (like WCAG), and emerging web technologies.

Experience: Proven work experience as a Web Designer with a strong digital portfolio showcasing past projects.

Design Tools: Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator .

Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 ; familiarity with JavaScript and content management systems like Shopify .

UX Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and basic search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines.
