Sales Executive (Female) English - Chiang Mai Branch
- Present real estate (rentals) to foreign clients by analyzing client needs and proposing properties that align with those requirements
- Provide information to clients regarding real estate or the real estate rental process
- Act as an intermediary to assist in negotiations between property owners and tenants
- Coordinate and take care of foreign clients from the beginning to the end of the real estate rental process
- Escort clients to view houses / projects, provide accurate information, close sales, and prepare various contract documents
- Provide services and advice before and after the rental to increase customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Working days: Work 6 days / week, working hours 9:00-18:00 (WFH 3 days, Office 3 days)
- Can choose your own weekly day off, 1 day per week
- 1 additional special day off provided per month
Qualifications: 1 year or more of experience in sales or marketing Good English communication skills Female, age 22-35 years old Bachelor's degree in any field, GPA 2.75 or above; majors in Tourism, Hotel Management, English, or Chinese will be specially considered Possess communication and negotiation skills, service-minded, enjoy talking to customers, have good interpersonal skills and get along easily with others Not afraid of rejection, have a mindset of wanting unlimited income growth Desire performance-based income (the more you do, the more you earn), proactive worker Love independent work, enjoy working outside the office area rather than being limited to an office Responsible for assigned tasks, honest, diligent, enthusiastic, and good at problem-solving Have a passion for sales and understand how to close sales with customers Good personality, positive thinking, witty, and good at solving immediate problems Have a private car / Have a driver's license For successful candidates, the company provides job training and has a marketing team to support customers**
