- Warehouse Operations Management
Control and oversee daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storage, picking, issuing, packing, and shipping. Ensure material storage complies with FIFO / FEFO principles and follows the designated Location system. Manage and improve the warehouse layout to increase efficiency and optimize space utilization. Ensure compliance with ESD requirements, safety, and orderliness (5S).
- Inventory Control & Accuracy
Maintain stock accuracy between physical goods and data in the ERP system. Perform Cycle Count and support monthly/annual stocktakes. Investigate causes of stock discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock and report to management.
- ERP System Operation (Infor Syteline)
Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the Infor Syteline system, such as: GRN (Goods Received Note) Issuing raw materials to production Stock returns Shipping transactions Support MRP system operations by ensuring stock data accuracy. Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Finance departments on system-related issues. Participate in improving ERP usage processes and controlling system usage discipline.
- Inbound & Outbound Coordination
Coordinate with the Purchasing department, IQC team, and suppliers to receive materials and prepare them for inspection. Manage product exports by coordinating with Logistics/Shipping and Forwarders, while ensuring document accuracy. Support urgent material management for NPI, production trials, and cases of material shortages in the production line.
- Cross-functional Communication
Work closely with various departments, such as: Production / NPI / Engineering to prepare material readiness. Supply Chain to align with plans and purchasing. Quality team to stay informed of material status (OK / HOLD / REJECT). Act as the primary warehouse coordinator for all internal departments.
- Team Leadership & Training
Manage the warehouse team, assign tasks, and distribute workloads appropriately. Train warehouse staff on SOPs, ERP system transactions, and material handling standards. Evaluate employee performance and support continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement
Propose and implement warehouse process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Support internal, customer, and ISO audits related to warehousing and stock control. Prepare and maintain SOPs and warehouse work manuals.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, including maintaining accurate inventory control, ensuring smooth inbound-outbound management, and the correct use of the ERP system (Infor Syteline). This position plays a vital role in supporting production, NPI, and product delivery by ensuring materials are ready for use, data is accurate, and warehouse management is organized according to standards.
Qualifications: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management within an industrial factory. Experience using ERP systems (experience with Infor Syteline will be specially considered). Understanding of the following: 4.1. Inventory control principles 4.2. FIFO / FEFO 4.3. Material flow processes in a factory. Experience supporting NPI and production ramp-up will be specially considered. Basic to intermediate English language skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Experience in material management using MRP systems. Experience supporting BOI or customer audit requirements. Working days: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00.
