Job Summary We seek Senior Interior Designers to lead renovation projects for residential and commercial spaces, driving sales and client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive project management. Responsibilities Lead renovation design projects for residential and commercial clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders to align expectations and secure approvals Drive sales by identifying client needs and proposing tailored interior design solutions Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution Demonstrate self-motivation by proactively resolving project challenges and maintaining high work standards Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to foster teamwork and client trust throughout project lifecycles Preferred competencies and qualifications Qualification and experience in Interior Design
