ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Management
- Organize, assign and monitor SCM team activities.
- Coach, train and develop team members.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Build an effective and collaborative SCM organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
- ≥ 7 years of working experiences and 2 - 4 years of managerial in similar role.
- Knowledge of export – import law/regulations, ERP systems, manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Strong planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English skills
