But your role goes beyond — you will act in prospecting, planning, implementation support, and the construction of system projects and integrations, ensuring that business needs are met in conjunction with the functional areas. 🤝Among your main responsibilities:• Act as the point of contact between IT and business areas, maintaining open communication and user satisfaction• Offer support to key and end users to ensure full utilization of the ERP and other systems• Optimize business processes and systems, investigating and resolving problems (root cause analysis)• Translate requirements into configuration specifications or system development• Develop and maintain integrations between systems (ERP, tax solutions, and internal applications), including the consumption and creation of REST APIs 🔌• Develop queries and reports using specific tools• Create and keep up-to-date documentation for processes and systems• Elaborate and apply system test plans• Act as the person responsible for IT deliveries in business projectsRequirements and qualifications• Degree in Information Technology or related areas• Technical background for requirements gathering, solution design (high level), and interaction with other areas• Knowledge of SQL language (development of queries and reports)• Experience with development and maintenance of applications and integrations via REST API (consumption and creation)• Experience in development of automations and/or system customizations• Do you speak English? 📢 It is fundamental to have good communication in English, as you will participate in projects with the company's global solutions and systems team.Differentials• Experience or knowledge in financial processes: accounts payable and receivable, tax, accounting, and costs• Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile)• Experience in system implementation projects• ERP LN INFOR system• Synchro system (tax solution)• Experience with Power BI (creation of reports and dashboards)Additional informationA Hyva do Brasil is the only South American subsidiary of the Hyva Group, part of the global JOST group.Founded in 1995, it is headquartered in the metal-mechanical hub of Caxias do Sul (RS), where it maintains two industrial plants with 20,000 m² of built area.
