Sr Accounting Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Controllership area as a Senior Accounting Analyst. In this position, you will be the main technical reference for accounting and corporate matters for the Americas operations, working on strategic projects, audits, regulatory compliance, and relationships with specialized consultancies in various countries. What we expect from you We are looking for a professional with strong accounting mastery, critical vision, analytical capacity, and autonomy to conduct complex matters related to financial statements, corporate taxation, and corporate obligations. Experience in multinational environments and interaction with external audits, specialized consultancies, and international teams will be a differentiator.

Responsibilities and assignments Calculate and review Income Tax for companies in Brazil and abroad;

Perform the calculation and control of Juros sobre Capital Próprio (JSCP);

Manage tax benefits, including incentives such as Lei do Bem;

Conduct Transfer Pricing processes;

Prepare and review ancillary and regulatory obligations, including ECD, ECF, and declarations to the Banco Central;

Coordinate and act as the main interlocutor in external audit processes;

Manage and monitor accounting and tax consultancies for operations in Chile, Mexico, and United States;

Conduct corporate processes, including contractual changes, powers of attorney, and other corporate demands for companies in the Americas;
