Trucking Delivery Ops Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily trucking delivery tasks, ensuring shipments are loaded, dispatched, and delivered on time.
• Assist in container allocation, loading/unloading, and proper documentation to support planning efficiency.
• Communicate schedules and instructions to drivers, monitor trip progress, and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Record delivery status, container usage, and daily operational logs for review by the Supervisor.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and government regulations during delivery and container operations.

Job Requierements:

• High School, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in trucking delivery, logistics operations, or container handling preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow operational instructions accurately. Strong teamwork and problem‑solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of trucking operations and container logistics.
• Familiarity with delivery scheduling and tracking systems.
• Good communication skills with drivers and internal teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records.
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Authorized to execute delivery tasks, prepare documentation, and report operational issues to the Supervisor.
