PROJECT MANAGER

Report to Project Director and lead the team/siteworks during his absence. Prepare & review detailed schedule for the site team to follow accordingly and for on-time completion Monitor the progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with the contract requirements. Manage the site operations, monitor and record variation orders, abortive works and time delays for extension of time. Report the progress of the project as per the contract obligation. Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 10 years as Senior Project Manager level, managing construction teams for complex vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale and complexity LTA projects of more than 15 years Knowledgeable with various Utilities Civil, M&E works Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives A team leader Good interpersonal skills
