DEPUTY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Report to Construction Manager and lead the team/site works during his absence. Prepare & review detailed schedule for the site team to follow accordingly and for on-time completion Prepare & review detailed method statements and work instructions. Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client. Prepare & review company reports and documents Responsible & resolve technical and claim issues Assess subcontractors’ work activities against performance expectation Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health & safety requirements Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 8 years as Deputy Construction manager level, managing construction teams for complex vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale and complexity Bridge and Viaduct experience more than 10 years Well experienced in Bored piling, CBP, ERSS, RCBC Drain Box, Grouting, etc. Knowledgeable with various Utilities M&E works Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives A team leader Good interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
