📢 HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY LEASING
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month Location: Geylang Off Days: 8 days/month (Weekday off)
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00pm Working hours may vary depending on business requirements.

💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle property leasing sales for both B2B & B2C clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
- Generate, manage and follow up on sales leads
- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
- Work towards sales targets and business goals
✅ Requirements
- Property / leasing sales experience is preferred
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Proactive, motivated and sales-driven
- Familiar with CRM, AI and digital tools
- Willing to work on weekends
- Candidates with an interest in property and historic buildings are preferred
