Warehouse Operations
- Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.
- Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of warehouse inventory.
- Perform stock counting and assist with stock take.
- Check goods against Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and other relevant documents.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods to the supervisor.
Delivery & Driving
- Deliver goods to customers, suppliers and other locations according to the delivery schedule.
- Load and secure goods properly before transportation.
- Ensure goods are delivered safely and in good condition.
- Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature on Delivery Orders where required.Return signed Delivery Orders and other relevant documents to the office.
- Perform collection of goods from suppliers when required.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore class 3 driving licence.
- Relevant driving and warehouse experience preferred.
- Able to handle physical work, including loading and unloading goods.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.
- Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic ability to read Delivery Orders and other warehouse documents.
- Basic computer knowledge and accessing warehousing documents
