Your tasks as an impulse generator In the area of Restructuring Management, you will comprehensively manage (real estate) financing and analyze existing engagements regarding their economic development and possible restructuring perspectives. Together with experienced colleagues, you will assess the situation of the engagements, develop viable solution proposals, and accompany their implementation until successful completion.
Furthermore, you will be in close exchange with legal representatives, consortium banks, and tax consultants. Participation in bank rounds as well as coordination with various stakeholders are also part of your area of responsibility. With your negotiation skills and your solution-oriented approach, you will create the foundation for sustainable decisions.

Your profile as a result deliverer
- After your Matura, completed commercial or legal training, or a relevant degree, you have ideally also gained banking experience
- Initial experience in credit business, risk management, corporate customer support, restructuring, or a related environment is an advantage
- Interest in economic contexts as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with topics related to restructuring, reorganizations, and complex financing engagements are appreciated.
- Knowledge of credit and collateral law as well as insolvency and contract law is welcome. We also welcome applications from individuals who wish to build up this specialist knowledge with the support of an experienced team.
- Good English skills and confident use of MS Office will support your daily work.
