Digital Marketing and Content Creator (Internship)

⭐Role Overview:

As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving Hyperwork's brand presence, attracting clients and candidates, and supporting business expansion. This role blends marketing strategy with client engagement, focusing on crafting compelling campaigns and building relationships that fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Create engaging content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms) to attract clients and candidates.
• Create engging blog in the topic of HR, Technology, AI, Workplace Trends, Labor Law to attract clients and candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with the Head of BD to connect with potential leads.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Hyperwork’s services.

Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with a passion for crafting impactful marketing campaigns. Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO & SEM is a plus A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed growth targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with Digital creative tools such: Canva, Capcut, Lightroom and others
