Innovation Manager - Strategy

Responsibilities and assignments

• Build the portfolio strategy of the franchises under your responsibility, from defining project concepts and preparing sales forecasts to validation with support areas and knowledge transfer to the Innovation – Execution team;
• Identify business opportunities through the analysis of Brazilian and global market trends, using databases, reports, medical forums, interviews with specialists and KOLs, congresses, events, and field visits;
• Lead discussions with internal areas regarding technical, scientific, regulatory, operational, and marketing aspects of identified opportunities, evaluating the conditions necessary for the development of new products;
• Manage the team and ensure the area's deliveries, in addition to acting in management and relationship with key stakeholders.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education and Post-graduation;
• Solid experience in Strategy, Innovation, New Business, Market Intelligence, or Strategic Planning in the pharmaceutical segment;
• Experience in people management;
• Advanced English for conversation, reading, and writing, with daily use in the routine;
• Availability to work 100% in person in Cidade Jardim, South Zone of São Paulo/SP.
