We are looking for an Office & People Operations Specialist to ensure our office in Pisa are not just workplaces, but hubs of excellence, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and growth of our people.
Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management: Ensuring the office is always fully equipped, welcoming, and functional, managing local providers (maintenance, cleaning, catering).
People Operations: Managing the logistics of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new "Hyntellers" has a seamless start (IT assets, welcome kits, and documentation).
Health & Safety: Acting as the point of reference for Occupational Health & Safety (D.Lgs 81/08), managing medical check-ups and safety protocols.
Learning & Compliance: Coordinating mandatory training (GDPR, Cyber Security, Safety) on our platforms and tracking certifications.
Engagement & Culture: Supporting the HR Department in organizing internal events, surveys, and wellbeing initiatives to keep our team's pulse high.
Requirements

From 6 months to 1 years of experience in Office Management, HR Operations, or Administrative roles within tech or structured environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
Familiarity with IT asset management and digital tools (Excel, task management software).
Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
