🔧 About the Role Join a team responsible for transforming and optimizing CI/CD operations across a large automotive organization. You will tackle complex technical challenges, develop and improve tools and pipelines, and help development teams build, test, and deliver high-quality automotive software more efficiently.
This role offers an opportunity to influence CI/CD strategies, improve Developer Experience (DevEx), and drive technical improvements across the organization.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance CI/CD tools, pipelines, and automation using Python.
- Improve development workflows, build systems, testing, and software delivery processes.
- Work with monorepos and implement robust CI-for-CI practices.
- Develop automated testing solutions to ensure reliable and controlled delivery of CI infrastructure changes.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement scalable, practical solutions.
- Challenge existing approaches and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.
