In this role, you will have a crucial function in our journey to drive increased sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and upcoming technological developments.

About the role The role involves providing technical support in advanced and complex projects to both the sales organization and customers. You are responsible for driving the development of technical solutions within mobile hydraulics, with a particular focus on HIC (Hydraulic Integrated Circuits/Ventilblock), hydraulics systems, electrification, and control systems for OEM customers. An important part of the development projects is advanced testing and functional verification to ensure that the solutions meet customer requirements and applicable industry standards.

In this role, you act as a link between the sales organization and other functions within the company, from the quotation phase to final delivery and aftersales. In the position, you work with both technical and commercial issues to satisfy the customer's requirements and wishes within mobile hydraulics, as well as conveying these into the organization.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Responsible for functional design, testing, and verification of new solutions.
• Support sales and customers in technically advanced projects.
• Prepare technical documentation for quotations and new projects.
• Follow and drive development within new technology and market trends and translate these into new customer solutions.
• Act as a technical link between the customer, suppliers, and HydraSpecma's internal organization.
• Contribute to increased sales and market shares within Mobile Hydraulics.

The position is a permanent full-time employment located at our headquarters in Bårhult, just outside Göteborg/Mölndal. You report to Sales Manager OEM.

We are looking for We are looking for you with a relevant academic engineering degree or equivalent experience working with major OEM customers. Education and/or experience in hydraulics is a great advantage; basic knowledge must be present. To thrive in the position, we believe it is important that you are stimulated by individual responsibility while also appreciating collaborating and working closely with others. As a person, you have an organized mindset and are genuinely interested in technology while acting professionally and creating long-term relationships and solutions. Since you will be working in an international environment, good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is required.
