Responsibilities Perform welding on steel structures to ensure strong and durable joints Operate welding equipment following safety procedures to prevent accidents Inspect welds for quality and compliance with project standards Carry out fabrication and repair tasks to maintain structural integrity Adhere to site safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Welding certification to demonstrate formal training and competence Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately Willingness to work overtime as project demands require Demonstrate responsibility and safety awareness in daily tasks
