Job Summary
Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to home nursing clients, supervise healthcare assistants, and conduct thorough assessments to ensure quality and continuity of care in a homecare setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to home nursing clients to meet their health needs and improve well-being
- Supervise healthcare assistants to ensure effective support and management of complex nursing cases
- Conduct initial assessments of new clients to establish care plans
- Perform regular re-assessments to monitor progress of home care service clients and adjust care accordingly
Required competencies and certifications
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a homecare setting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in homecare nursing environments
Other Information
Work schedule: 5 days per week, non-shift
