Services include accessible transport, rehabilitation, home care, and social support in the community. Job Summary Create a platform for members to communicate on social issues and provide assistance to support their physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Responsibilities Process membership applications and maintain an accurate membership database to support member engagement Organize and facilitate outings and programmes that improve members’ quality of life and social inclusion Manage the distribution of food rations and coordinate the rental service for Mobility Aids to meet members’ needs Provide timely administrative support to the Social Worker to ensure smooth delivery of social services Preferred competencies and qualifications GCE "O" level or Diploma in Social Service or Applied Psychology 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Social Service organisation
