Responsibilities:

Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects

Prepare tender submission

Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely mannners

Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Candidate with M&E Quantity Surveyor experience will be an added advantage

Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering

At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in Construction sector

Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends

Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player

Salary package commensurate with experience
