Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and proactive Order Fulfilment Assistant to support our Sales team and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will handle customer enquiries and orders, prepare order and delivery documents, and coordinate closely with the Sales, Production and Delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfilment. Remuneration and Benefits: Medical benefits 14 days of Annual leave Additional family care leave Exclusive staff discounts Career progression opportunities Insurance coverage Career Path: Order Fulfilment Assistant → Order Fulfilment Executive→ Senior Order Fulfilment Executive What you will be doing: Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the Sales team Handle customer enquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone calls and email Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Prepare order documents, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other fulfilment documents Coordinate with Sales, Production and Delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time Follow up on order status and assist in resolving delivery or fulfilment issues Maintain accurate order and customer records Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior What we are looking for: Minimum GCE N-Level qualification At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Good telephone etiquette with strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays, with weekdays as rest days
