Your tasks

As our Store Customer Service Assistant, you will

• Welcome customers warmly and make them feel at home.
• Understand their needs and help them choose suitable bedding.
• Learn about our products and confidently explain their features and benefits.
• Assist customers through the buying process and develop your selling skills.
• Handle customer enquiries and payments professionally.
• Keep the store clean, attractive and well organised.
• Assist with stock management and product displays.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Work towards sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, honest and enthusiastic person to join our team and help customers find bedding they will love.

You don't need to know everything about bedding. But you should enjoy helping people, be eager to learn and take pride in doing your job well. If you have the right attitude, we are willing to teach you the rest.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally, you will have at least one year of working experience, preferably in retail or another customer service role.

You should be someone who

• Is friendly, approachable and a good listener.
• Is honest, dependable and takes responsibility for their work.
• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Is eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
