Job Description

Support the optimization, documentation, and improvement of production processes, contributing to increased efficiency, quality, and cost reduction in the operation.

What you will do

Support the analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and update flowcharts, work instructions, and process documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).

Collect and analyze production data (times, waste, efficiency).

Collaborate in the implementation of improvements in production lines.

Follow up on performance indicators (KPIs).

Support time and motion studies.

Work together with production, quality, and maintenance.
