Missions
Preventive and corrective maintenance Guarantee service continuity and optimal equipment availability. Apply rigorous maintenance protocols in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures. Manage the stock of critical components to minimize downtime. Precisely document each intervention in the dedicated tracking tools. Intervene on complex systems: storage automation, mobile robotics, RFID reading solutions, conveyor lines, and automated preparation stations. Ensure the maintenance of a high-precision industrial fleet dedicated to the processing and transformation of optical materials. Drive technical performance indicators (availability rate, MTBF, MTTR) and ensure reporting to management.
Partner relationship management Ensure the technical interface with international manufacturers (regular exchanges in English). Collaborate closely with internal departments to streamline production processes. Supervise interventions by external service providers and coordinate specialized maintenance operations. Prepare and supervise technical audits conducted by manufacturer partners.
Optimization and continuous improvement Actively contribute to the deployment and extension projects of automated production lines. Transfer first-level maintenance best practices to operational teams. Propose and implement solutions aimed at increasing the reliability and performance of existing installations.

Profile sought
- Higher technical education (senior technician level) specialized in maintenance, automated systems, or instrumentation.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience dedicated to the curative and preventive maintenance of high-speed production equipment.
- Expertise acquired within demanding industrial environments (just-in-time sectors) is required.
- Familiarity with precision production tools or CNC machines is an appreciated asset, but not a prerequisite.
Expected technical expertise
- Mastery of electrotechnics: interpretation of diagrams, intervention on low voltage circuits, and electrical diagnosis.
- Skills in driving variable speed drives: ability to diagnose and adjust basic parameters.
- Mastery of technical English (written and oral) is essential to interact with international manufacturer support.
- General mechanics skills: maintenance of transfer systems, motors, and mechanical adjustments.
- Knowledge of pneumatics: management of air networks, regulation components, and filtration systems.

Conditions and benefits
Gross annual remuneration between €38,000 and €44,000. Integration process including certifying training from partner manufacturers. Benefits related to company products and employee discounts.
