Within an operational strategy consulting firm, the division dedicated to financial performance supports management bodies in the mutation of their management models. The expertise deployed aims to harmoniously articulate organizational challenges, data flows, and technological architectures to support strategic decision-making.

Consultants interact daily with financial departments, information systems departments, and transformation managers, within a diverse client portfolio ranging from mid-sized companies to large international groups.

Responsibilities

As a lead on transformation projects, the candidate's mission will be to manage and structure the following interventions:

Assessment of financial department efficiency: audit of processes, organizational structures, and existing tools.

Formulation of strategic recommendations aimed at increasing performance: data governance, rationalization of budgetary and accounting cycles, and securing business processes.

Application architecture consulting: development of master plans and assistance in selecting software solutions adapted to business needs.

Management of digital transformation projects (AMOA): support throughout the entire lifecycle of solutions (ERP, EPM, automation of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash flows), from writing functional specifications to operational deployment.

Optimization of performance management: redesign of management models, definition of relevant KPIs, and design of decision-making dashboards aligned with strategic objectives.

Human support: development and deployment of change management strategies to guarantee the adoption of new methods and tools by teams.

Profile Sought

Profile Sought:

Holding a Master's degree (Grande École or specialized university curriculum), you have at least six years of professional practice. Your career has been marked by consulting missions, interventions in digital services, or roles within financial departments involved in structural mutation projects.

Possessing a diplomatic temperament, you know how to adapt your discourse to various and demanding interlocutors.

You master the art of communication, both in the writing of deliverables and in public speaking.

Your intellectual rigor allows you to structure complex issues and extract operational recommendations from them.

Proactive and collaborative, you know how to combine individual autonomy with team dynamics.

Your appetite for technological levers and innovative approaches guides your professional progression.

You possess solid expertise in financial cycles (accounting, management control, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes).

Confirmed mastery of software solutions dedicated to finance (ERP, performance management tools, or decision-making solutions) is indispensable.

You have already demonstrated your ability to manage missions autonomously and to supervise collaborators.

You are ready to actively contribute to the evolution of internal methodologies and the promotion of the service offering.

Mastery of business English is imperative to evolve in this international context.

Skills and Experience Required

You have a successful experience of at least 6 years within a consulting firm or an ESN, having participated in transformation projects.

Experience with one or more IT tools from the finance sphere market (ERP, EPM, SAP S4HANA, Oracle...)

Experience in supervision and mission management with a large degree of autonomy.

Fluent English

Transformation exclusively in the finance sector.
