Main Missions:
Lead the technical development of devices, ensuring a smooth transition between the prototyping phase and series production.
Guarantee the reliability and continuous optimization of existing manufacturing processes.
Ensure the operational management of external partners and the resolution of complex technical incidents.
Deploy Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to monitor and stabilize production flows.
Develop and maintain the technical documentation repository (procedures, operating ranges, and qualification files).
Supervise the integration of new equipment and support the skill development of technical teams in a controlled environment.
Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) phases and serve as the primary technical interface for customers.
