The mission

Flow management and procurement steering

Purchasing steering: Establish purchase orders in accordance with budgetary imperatives and production schedules, while ensuring rigorous entry into the integrated management system.

Operational follow-up: Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and manage the resolution of logistical contingencies (non-conformities, delays, disputes).

Partner interface: Maintain a consistent relationship with service providers to optimize service quality and sustain commercial agreements.

Data administration: Ensure the maintenance of the item and supplier master data within the management tool.

Communication: Master professional exchanges, including writing and oral fluency in English for international interactions.

Stock management and internal logistics

Reception control: Supervise the arrival of goods, validate quantitative and qualitative compliance, and formalize reception documents.

Inventory mastery: Manage cycle counts and contribute to annual audits to guarantee the reliability of stock data.

Flow optimization: Process stock movements (in/out) and adjust replenishment levels by defining critical thresholds (min/max) based on consumption rates and supplier lead times.

Transversal missions and compliance

Inter-departmental coordination: Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments to anticipate resource and material needs.

Environmental and regulatory responsibility: Ensure strict application of internal procedures and current regulations. Manage waste management by ensuring the compliance of external providers with ecological standards.

Continuous improvement: Actively involve oneself in the department's progress initiatives to optimize logistics and purchasing processes.

The ideal candidate has higher education (Bac+2 level) specialized in flow management or an equivalent professional background that has allowed for the acquisition of operational mastery of logistical environments.

Technical skills:

• Ease with routine administrative management tasks.

Operational expertise:
