Job Title: Photographer / Videographer & Content Creator

Type: Full-time | Level: Junior to Mid-level | Location: Office

Reports to: Marketing Lead / Brands Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, reliable visual storyteller to plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content across our brand channels. You'll own content from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, campaigns, events, and product or service coverage Edit video (short-form reels, promos, event recaps, interviews) and retouch photos Plan shoots: shot lists, locations, lighting, equipment, and scheduling Add motion graphics, captions, sound, and color grading where needed Keep brand visuals consistent with our guidelines Organize, tag, and archive all raw and final assets Cover events and on-site activities, sometimes outside normal hours Track content performance and adjust based on what works Care for and maintain company equipment

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation (strong portfolio can offset limited experience) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut, and Lightroom / Photoshop Solid grasp of composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling Comfortable with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, gimbals, and basic lighting and audio gear Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their formats Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple projects Good communication and teamwork

Nice to Have

Drone (licensed) experience Basic motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, CapCut) Experience with corporate, healthcare, or events content
