🚀 Recruitment Consultant – Domestic Helpers / MDW
Employment Agency | Full-Time | Islandwide
Salary: $2,500 – $7,500 + Attractive Commission & Incentives
We are an employment agency looking for an experienced MDW Recruitment Consultant to join us and grow together.
If you have 5+ years of MDW recruitment experience, hold a valid CEI Basic License, and are confident in handling clients, candidates and placements, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full MDW recruitment and placement process.
- Source, interview and recommend suitable helpers.
- Understand employers' needs and match suitable candidates.
- Handle interviews, documentation and placement matters.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and after-placement matters.
- Develop new clients and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure all placements comply with relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CEI Basic License – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years' relevant MDW recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of MDW employment and placement procedures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and customer service skills.
- Independent, responsible and target-driven.
- Experience in sales, client acquisition or business development is an advantage.
