Humanis Partners, a 360° consulting and support firm, is seeking a Finance Projects and Transformation Manager (Emerainville 77) for its client, a major player in the distribution sector.

As part of the transformation of its Finance function, a major distribution group is looking for its Projects & Transformation Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Group Finance Department, you will lead structuring projects aimed at improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of Finance processes and tools.

You will operate across a cross-functional scope: accounting, management control, treasury, indirect procurement, internal audit, with strong interactions with the DSI, business units, and the teams in charge of AI.

Your missions

  • Define and manage the roadmap for Finance transformation projects.
  • Lead projects from scoping through to deployment.
  • Optimize, harmonize, and automate financial processes.
  • Support the evolution of Finance tools and information systems.
  • Manage topics related to ERP, EPM, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Identify opportunities offered by automation and AI.
  • Support teams through change management.
  • Manage a team of 3 collaborators in charge of accounting systems and processes.

Your profile

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, management, information systems, or a business school, you have approximately 10 years of experience or more in the Finance sector.

You have significant experience in managing Finance transformation projects, process optimization, AMOA, or the deployment of financial information systems.

You master ERP / EPM environments as well as reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel. Knowledge of Hyperion or an equivalent solution is a plus.

Beyond your technical expertise, you know how to unite teams and coordinate business and IT stakeholders in complex environments.
